When Returns and Replacements Are Applicable

  1. Wrong Product: If an incorrect product has been dispatched or if the product received does not match your order. (Unboxing video required)
  2. Manufacturing Defect: If the received product has a manufacturing defect. (Video proof required)
  3. Damaged Product: If the product arrives in a damaged condition. (Unboxing video required)

Return and Refund Process

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us at [email protected].
  • For same-day or fixed-time delivery products (e.g., cakes and flowers), cancellations are not allowed once the order is dispatched.
  • If cancellation is requested after dispatch, you will need to bear the applicable shipping charges: Shipping Charges (Domestic – India):
  • ₹75 for 0-500 gm
  • ₹150 for 500-999 gm
  • ₹250 for 1-2 kg
  • ₹250 + ₹125 per additional kg for 2 kg and above Shipping Charges (International):
  • Only the product cost will be refunded after deducting the shipping charges.

2. Breakages
If your product is damaged during transit, please send an unboxing video within 12 hours of delivery to [email protected]. Our team will assess the issue and take immediate action.


3. Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us with an unboxing video via chat support or email at [email protected].

  • Return the unused product in its original packaging within 24 hours for a refund or exchange.
  • Our support team will guide you through the return and pickup process.

For returns outside the above reasons, refunds will be issued for the product cost, excluding freight/shipping charges as per the rates mentioned under the cancellation policy.


Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days after initiating the request. Timelines may vary depending on your bank partner.
